As the only company in Southern Africa to have under gone factory sales and technical training in our French factory, you are assured of receiving the best possible response times and services carried out to the highest standard. Dalow has two branches in South Africa, Durban and Johannesburg. We also have accredited service agents located in Cape Town. We also supply industrial Laundry and catering equipment and solutions including technical visits and installations to Tanzania, Zanzibar, Seychelles, Zambia, Angola, Namibia and many more surrounding countries. Through our extensive range of products, you as an operator can have the professional laundry or kitchen that your company deserves. The best solution can often be worthless unless the correct after sales service and spare parts are available for your equipment. Dalow is the only company in Southern Africa that has undergone specialized factory training in the Electrolux factory in Sweden, France and Thailand as well as training in the Lavatec factory in Germany. This training has further been complimented with in house training specific to the models we supply to further the knowledge we have to offer you. All our technical services are handled in house and no subcontracting is ever permitted. As a gold member of the Electrolux group, our unique service and preventative maintenance programs are available to all our clients in our region including a traveling technician to various countries and islands every 3-4 months.
