Volume Injection Products (VIP) started in 1997 focusing primarily on injection moulding. The company has since expanded into blow moulding, bags, straws and agricultural netting. VIP operates a range of modern machinery, our continuous improvement strategy means our production processes are continually being upgraded and streamlined to allow more efficient production. In 2016 a second manufacturing site was established at our Cape Town warehouse. The Cape Town operation focuses on PET bottles for the food industry. Localized, high output blow moulding machines allow us to provide quicker turnaround times to our Western Cape based customers. VIP manufactures a wide range of products for various industries. We take pride in the quality and consistency of our production. A large stock holding in various major centres allows us to efficiently service customers nationwide. We go out of our way to make sure we consistently meet our customer’s needs. This ability allows us to significantly reduce our nett waste production. VIP has been instrumental in the reduction of waste to land fill for an international personal care brand by recycling their in-house production waste. The reprocessed material is used by VIP for manufacturing of home ware items and sold onward to other plastics processors. VIP is active in light weighting existing products to reduce the amount of materials used in each item without compromising the form or function of the products. Look out for the recycle logo and number on each item to further aid the recycling process.
